BSO Nessevliet

BSO Nessevliet is an after-school care location operated by Stichting Quadrant Kindercentra, located at Wollefoppenweg 40 in Zevenhuizen. We are housed within De Nessevliet primary school, a small-scale open Christian school in the Oud Verlaat neighbourhood. This unique setting gives us direct access to a beautiful green schoolyard filled with natural materials, hiding spots and a wide view of the adjacent Nessebos forest. For the children, this means they can move seamlessly from school to a familiar environment where space, peace and adventure are central. We provide care on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:15 to 18:30. During these hours, discovery and development are key. We gratefully use the natural surroundings: together with the children we head out to explore the forest, search for creepy crawlies or simply enjoy running across the large meadow next to the playground. These outdoor experiences not only stimulate motor development but also teach children how to handle freedom and responsibility. Our care is small-scale; we have room for a maximum of 22 children. This limited size creates a close-knit community where every child feels seen and heard. We work with a fixed team of pedagogical staff who are familiar with the school culture and the individual needs of each child. Together with parents and the school, we form one warm, involved care community where children can safely develop. As part of Quadrant Kindercentra, we share the organisation-wide vision of 'together for the child'. This means we continuously look for ways to optimise children's development, in collaboration with parents, school and other partners. At BSO Nessevliet, this translates into an offer where play, nature and personal attention come together to create valuable after-school time.
