De Stappertjes

De Stappertjes is our after-school care (BSO) located in primary school De Stapsteen at Putkamp 2 in Herten. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 years after school hours. Our location is specially designed to offer children a safe and creative place where they can relax and learn through play. At De Stappertjes, we believe the creative process is more important than the result. We teach children to actively experiment and use their imagination. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with great involvement and professionalism. We work with fixed core groups where children become familiar with their group space and the familiar faces of our staff. Our opening hours are from the end of school until 18:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesday and Friday, care is provided at BSO de Stappers, also located at Putkamp 2. We work closely with primary school De Stapsteen, providing a seamless transition from school to after-school care. We offer a varied range of activities with room for both relaxation and development. Children can play freely, but there are also targeted activities that connect with the children's world of experience. The room has a bright and cheerful appearance and we use the facilities of the primary school, including a large outdoor playground. At De Stappertjes, your child's well-being is central.
