BSO Morgenster

Welcome to BSO Morgenster, our Christian after-school care located in the school building of De Morgenster primary school at Akelei 3 in Kampen. We provide before and after school care on all weekdays for children aged 4 to 13 years. Our BSO is part of IRIS Opvang, which is closely connected to IRIS Christian education in the municipality of Kampen. Our location offers 50 childcare places and is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 161196147. Children have access to the spacious indoor play areas of the school, including three interconnected rooms of 56m², 56m² and 66.5m², plus the playroom. Outside, children can play on the school playground, the adjacent play meadow and a special play area accessible from the group room. The outdoor space features a sandbox and plenty of room for cycling, running and playing. We work with a pedagogical policy plan specifically developed for our BSO. Through regular consultation moments, we share and shape this policy together, making adjustments when necessary to new situations. All our professional staff possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are registered in the Childcare Personnel Register. At BSO Morgenster, relaxation and development are central. We give children the space to be themselves and grow into who they are. With warmth, trust and expertise, we create a safe place where children feel at home and come to learn.
