BSO Montessori De Plotter

Welcome to BSO Montessori De Plotter, located within our Montessori child centre at Paulus Potterstraat 4a in Zutphen. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13, guided by the Montessori philosophy. Our pedagogical staff are trained in Montessori methods and create a familiar environment where children can be themselves and develop their talents. After school, our staff collect the children from their groups. We start with a drink together and discuss the plans for the afternoon. Children choose which activities they want to join; there is always room for free play. Self-reliance is central: children cut their own fruit and decide when to eat. They may also bring a warm meal that we heat up and serve. During school holidays we organise an inspiring programme from 07:00 to 18:30, balancing free and guided play. Our schedule includes workshops, creative projects and fun outings. Parents indicate in advance whether they need holiday care so we can tailor the programme accordingly. Our after-school care is housed in the same building as the Montessori school, giving children a seamless transition and familiar faces every day. We offer both before-school care (07:00 – 08:30) and after-school care (end of school – 18:30) and are open 52 weeks a year. Registration is easy via our website.
