Monkey Moves Arnhem BSO

Monkey Moves Arnhem BSO is located at Westerveldsestraat 26, right on the sports grounds of v.v. Eldenia in Arnhem. From this spot we provide after-school care built around sport, movement and healthy food. We welcome children aged 4 to 12 who want to be active after school, try new sports and have fun in a safe, green environment. Our qualified staff collect children from Jozefschool, Troubadour in Elden and Kringloop in Elderveld. Once everyone has arrived we start our unique multi-sport programme: every week the children can experience at least twelve different sports, including athletics, baseball and climbing. They also love to scramble across our adventure trail. Children who prefer a quieter moment can read or do crafts; we tailor the afternoon to each child’s needs. Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 28 children, so every child receives the attention they deserve. Healthy eating is part of an active lifestyle. We therefore serve organic snacks and drinks daily. The children are involved in preparing healthy treats whenever possible. Our setting offers a large outdoor area with nature close by, so we can almost always play and move outside. Monkey Moves Arnhem BSO is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. We use horizontal grouping, bringing children of similar ages together. This creates familiar peer groups and allows us to fine-tune activities to each developmental stage.
