BSO Mondriaan

Welcome to BSO Mondriaan, located in the heart of Nieuw-West at Piet Mondriaanstraat 140 in Amsterdam. We are part of Humankind, a national organization that has been a leader in childcare for over 40 years. Our location provides daily care for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12 years. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. At BSO Mondriaan, we believe that children develop best when given the space to discover who they are. Our location features large spaces where children literally have room to be themselves. There's always something to do and discover after school. Children can enjoy plenty of outdoor play in our playground, participate in creative workshops, or simply enjoy a quiet moment together. We offer a wide range of activities focused on each child's personal development. Our activities vary from sports challenges to creative expression, including outdoor play, sports activities, nature activities, and creative workshops. We believe it's important that children can choose what they feel like doing today. This guided leisure activity stimulates children's independence and contributes to their social and emotional development. BSO Mondriaan collaborates with the International school nearby, welcoming children from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are open to children with varying care days and try to offer flexible solutions where possible. Our pedagogical staff are trained to give individual attention to each child and create a safe, familiar environment where children feel at home. During school holidays and study days, we remain open and provide holiday care. This allows parents to work with peace of mind, knowing their children are in good hands. At BSO Mondriaan, we find it important that children come to the after-school care with pleasure and go home with a smile.
