BSO Montessori

BSO Montessori is located in the characteristic building at Capucijnenstraat 118 in the heart of Maastricht. Together with day-care centre Plons and Montessori toddler care, we form the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Montessori. After school hours we welcome children aged 4 to 13 in a familiar environment where they quickly feel at home. Freedom and choice are central. In our attractively furnished rooms each child decides what to do: bake something tasty, quietly read a book, do sports in the gym or romp around in the garden. Or simply do nothing at all – anything is possible, as long as it suits what the child needs at that moment. We use the wonderful playground of Montessori primary school and are therefore often found outside. There is always something to do in our garden – whether it is active play or just relaxing in the fresh air. For older children from 7 years upwards we have an annex at Bogaardenstraat (BSO Montessori 2) where we offer activities that match their age. Still, we also do many things together with the younger children, so that everyone keeps developing and enjoying themselves. BSO Montessori is open after school hours and during school holidays and study days. We work together with Montessorischool Binnenstad, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. At BSO Montessori we provide a pleasant mix of relaxation, exercise and fun every day. We believe that children thrive best in a safe, calm environment. Together we create a place where children enjoy going and where parents can leave their children with peace of mind.
