Marlynetuin

Welcome to Marlynetuin, our after-school care location at Kruidentuin 8 in Barendrecht. Since 2017, we have been located in the Kruidentuin building, a beautiful facility that together with the Tuinhuis, CBS de Hoeksteen, Center for Youth and Family, Dancestudio Lucia and sports hall Vitaal plays an important role in the neighborhood. At Marlynetuin, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location accommodates 58 children and is spaciously designed so that every child has room to develop in their own way and at their own pace. We are here for you and your child 52 weeks per year, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our pedagogical policy is based on the child of today. We believe that every child develops at moments when they are ready. We provide an environment where children can play, express themselves creatively, and enjoy outdoor activities. Our professional pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in their development. We operate on an all-inclusive basis, where everything is included without hidden extras. This means healthy nutrition, care products, AND transportation to and from school are all included in the care. We primarily work with organic products and believe in a healthy mind in a healthy body. Marlynetuin is part of Kinderopvang Eiland Marlyne, a childcare organization with seven locations in Barendrecht. Together with our partner Eiland Marlyne, we ensure a continuous line in the development of children aged 0-13, where before-school, during-school, and after-school care seamlessly connect.
