B.S.O. Madelief

Welcome to BSO Madelief located at Bezuidenhoutseweg 121 in The Hague. Since 1995, we have been providing small-scale, home-like after-school care for up to 18 children daily, aged 4 to 12 years. Our consistent team of three childcare professionals builds trusted relationships with each child. We create a home-like atmosphere where children feel safe and comfortable. Our spaces are equipped with various materials that children can use according to their interests. Across from our location is a lovely forest with a nice playground where we love to go when the weather is nice. After school, children first have time to unwind with a glass of lemonade and a cookie. They can then share what they experienced at school that day. Afterwards, they can choose what they want to do: relax, play, or participate in activities we offer. We believe it's important that children can make and execute their own plans, in consultation with the staff. We offer a fun vacation program with themes suitable for all ages. We also provide warm meals and on Wednesday afternoons we can take children to various clubs, provided they are within reasonable distance from the care facility. During holidays, we work with themes that cater to every age category.
