Odin

BSO Odin is located in the cozy neighborhood center De Speler, right in the heart of the lively Ondiep district in northwest Utrecht. We provide after-school care for up to 62 children aged 4 to 12. Our location is spacious, with three base groups tailored to the age of the children, and a large hall where they can play together freely. At BSO Odin, we use a clear age-based grouping system with horizontal groups, ensuring every child feels safe and challenged at their own level. We encourage children to try new things, collaborate, and take responsibility. Our trained pedagogical staff are always ready to guide children in their development and ensure their safety. Outdoor play takes place on the adjacent outdoor area, which offers plenty of space to run, play, and explore. We regularly organize activities that match the children's interests and the seasons. During school holidays and free days, we offer a wide range of creative, sports, and relaxing activities. BSO Odin works closely with OBS Jules Verne primary school, which is within walking distance. Parents can easily bring their children to us after school. We also provide care during study days and holidays, offering flexibility for working parents. We believe it's important for children to feel at home at BSO Odin. That’s why we’ve created a warm and welcoming atmosphere where there’s room for personal initiative and enjoying time together.
