BSO Prinses Amalia De Nicolaasschool

BSO Prinses Amalia De Nicolaasschool is located at Korfmakersstraat 12 in Rotterdam-Delfshaven, in the same building as primary school De Nicolaasschool. We provide after-school care for up to 33 children aged 4 to 12 who attend De Nicolaasschool or De Lucasschool. Our opening hours on school days are 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. before school and after school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. During 12 holiday weeks per year we are open from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Children can register from their second birthday onwards, but must be enrolled separately; participation is not automatic through school. We work closely with parents and value parental involvement highly. Our qualified pedagogical staff provide a safe, challenging and enjoyable environment after school. We comply with GGD regulations regarding group size and supervision, which means waiting lists may occur; we always strive to offer as many children a place as possible. For families who need additional holiday care we offer 48- and 52-week contracts. On school study days children are welcome at the usual times; if there is sufficient demand and staff availability we can arrange extra hours from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. which will be charged separately.
