Lilas Kindercentrum

Welcome to Lilas Kindercentrum, located at Marderhoek 62 in Lelystad. We provide after-school care (BSO) for up to 10 children aged 4 to 12. Grounded in trust, safety and a sense of security, we create a pleasant and balanced environment where every child can grow into an independent and confident individual. Our pedagogical approach focuses on fostering self-confidence, self-esteem and a sense of responsibility. Safety, norms and values, and personal development are the common threads running through everything we do. Decisions are made collectively whenever possible, ensuring that our staff enjoy coming to work just as much as the children enjoy coming to our centre. Lilas Kindercentrum has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 2015 and is supported by a dedicated team of about twelve pedagogical professionals. As an independent organisation with no parent or subsidiary companies, we pride ourselves on short lines of communication and personal contact.
