BSO Lancelot

Welcome to BSO Lancelot, our welcoming after-school care centre located at Maasstraat 29 in Lelystad. We are part of childcare organisation Krullevaartje and provide care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register under number 662286595 since 25 July 2024. BSO Lancelot is organised into three horizontal age groups. Groups Vuurdraak 1 and Vuurdraak 2 cater to children aged 4 to 7, while the Ronde Tafel group is designed for children aged 6.5 to 9. Children from about 8.5 years onwards can join our nearby KIDSclub. During school holidays we combine groups, allowing us to offer an even broader and more challenging activity programme. Our qualified staff collect children every weekday from nearby schools. Upon arrival at BSO, children first wash their hands and then enjoy free play in their group. Once everyone has arrived, we sit down together for a drink and a snack. During this time, children share the experiences of their day. Afterwards, they can choose to join one of the offered activities or continue free play. We provide a variety of options such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, construction, role play and board games. We also regularly use the playground and gym halls of primary school Wolters. During school holidays we are open from 7:30 to 18:30. We organise a varied holiday programme with themes, workshops and excursions. Examples include visits to the beach, the forest or a local playground. Parents receive a clear holiday schedule well in advance so they know exactly what is planned. Of course, there is also plenty of time for free play during the holidays. We use the parent portal Konnect.
