Laakboerderij

Welcome to BSO Laakboerderij, a small-scale farm location in the Vathorst district of Amersfoort. Our after-school care is housed in a cozy farmhouse with its own vegetable garden, chickens and a large garden where children experience new adventures every day. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 4 to 12, giving each child the space to fully develop in a homely environment that feels like visiting a large family. At Laakboerderij, we don't mind dirty grass stains, a tear in your sleeve or muddy boots – we see them as proof of active play and discovery. We work closely with primary school ABC De Laak as a core partner of the Amersfoortse Brede Combinatie. This allows us to seamlessly pick up children after school and provide a familiar place where they can relax, play and learn new things. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to guide children in processing their school day. We offer after-school care from 14:45 to 18:30 on school days and from 08:00 to 18:30 during holidays. During vacation weeks, we organize fun outings and activities in and around our farm, such as crafting with materials from the garden, cooking with vegetables from our vegetable garden, or playing with our chickens. We regularly share photos and stories through our parent app, but we prefer to tell parents in person at pick-up time about everything we've experienced. BSO Laakboerderij is part of Bzzzonder Kindercentrum B.V. and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since March 3, 2014 under number 138099339. We are located at Baak van Bruinisse 1 in Amersfoort and operate according to Bzzzonder's vision: every child is welcome and given the space to be themselves, with extra attention where needed.
