Kristalkind Kinderopvang B.V. operates a small-scale after-school care (BSO) location at Neubourgstraat 13 in Breda, welcoming up to 40 children aged 4 to 12. As part of the Kristalkind family, this site is committed to providing familiar, warm care delivered by a stable team of pedagogical staff who approach every child individually. Our mission is to support parents by truly seeing, hearing and understanding each child. We listen to what a child communicates both verbally and non-verbally and tailor our guidance accordingly. Kristalkind is built on three core values: individual attention, parental involvement and continuous innovation. Every child is unique and deserves undivided attention. We actively invite parents to co-create a supportive environment in which their child can thrive. At the same time, we constantly explore new, transparent and flexible ways of working that keep the well-being of child and parent at the centre. The location is furnished with sustainable materials and offers a calm, homely atmosphere where children can unwind after school and learn through play.
