Krabbeltje

BSO Krabbeltje is located at Terletstraat 12 in The Hague. We provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. Since 27 September 2018 we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under LRK number 780586657 and are supervised by the GGD Haaglanden. To us, ‘our’ children are like butterflies: one may fly higher than the other, yet each flies at its very best. Every child is different, every child is special and every child is unique. We translate this belief into a warm second home where children feel safe and valued. Our pedagogical staff offer calm, structure and room for personal initiative, so that children can relax after school and recharge their energy. The setting is small-scale and easy to oversee. We work with fixed groups and familiar faces, allowing a trusted bond to develop quickly between children, parents and our team. The rooms are furnished like a home and provide different corners for playing, crafting, building or simply taking a break. Whenever possible we involve the children in planning activities, ensuring the programme matches their interests and developmental level. We collect children from various primary schools in the immediate area. The exact schools we partner with are shared with you personally during an introductory meeting. Parents receive information on how the day went through our regular communication channels and are always welcome to drop in for a chat. In short, at BSO Krabbeltje children are given the space to be themselves, make friends and, together with our team, enjoy pleasant afternoons and holiday days.
