Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Kindcentrum de Vlindertuin, located at Rector Hellemonsstraat 3 in the heart of Roosendaal. We are part of KPO Roosendaal and work closely with Kober childcare to provide seamless care for children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO is divided into three age-homogeneous groups: the Water Butterfly and Ice Butterfly (ages 4-6, max. 20 children per group) and the Fire Butterfly (7+ years, max. 20 children). Older children have a separate space that offers extra challenges and room to develop at their own level. We pick up and drop off children from primary school De Boomgaard and can provide before-school care from 07:30. After-school care starts immediately after school until 18:30. During school holidays and study days, we offer holiday care from 07:30 to 18:30. Our pedagogical staff use the DoenKids program. Together with the children, they create a new six-week activity schedule with workshops and exciting activities. Think baking cookies, roller skating, crafts, reading aloud, outdoor play, and fun excursions. We believe it's important that children can be themselves. Every child is unique and gets the space to express what they want in a way that suits them. Respect for each other is central. Our location has its own outdoor playground where children can go outside every day. We regularly walk around the grounds and use the playground. With us, there's something for everyone every day: playing games, relaxing on the couch with a book, or actively participating in organized activities. The child's well-being is central, and we tailor our offerings to individual needs. We keep parents updated daily through the Parent App with photos and messages.
