Kanjer

Welcome to BSO Kanjer, part of KOSMO childcare, located on the first floor of child centre Kanjer at Kruidenlaan 284 in Nijverdal. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our BSO is open five days a week for children aged 4–7 and on Wednesdays and Fridays for children up to 13. The BSO floor is designed around inspiring themes and includes an activity room with a climbing wall, a creativity studio, a chill-out space, a construction zone and a home corner. Children can play, relax and discover new things every day. We use the DoenKids activity programme: a varied, fun and challenging offer tailored to school-age children. Our large, fenced outdoor playground offers plenty of adventure: a huge play house, climbing frames, bikes for every age and lots of room to run and explore. We also use nearby sports fields, including a basketball court and a Panna football cage, and regularly take the children on trips to the zoo or playground. Kanjer partners with primary schools De Schaapskooi, De Triangel, De Bongerd and Reggewinde. We pick children up after school and drop them off in the morning, so our care fits seamlessly around the school day. No nappies, bottles or baby items are needed: our BSO is for independent, toilet-trained children. We always provide a healthy (hot) meal, drinks and snacks. Our caring, qualified staff give every child personal attention so they feel safe and at home at Kanjer.
