BSO Kleinrijkje de Klimop

BSO Kleinrijkje De Klimop is located on the ground floor of primary school De Klimop, right in the lively Oude Noorden district of Rotterdam. Our doors open at 7:00 AM for before-school care and we stay open until 6:30 PM for after-school care. We pick up children ourselves from nearby schools so parents can work without worry. All our pedagogical staff hold the required certificates and regularly attend refresher training. By keeping our groups small, every child receives the personal attention they deserve. We provide a homely atmosphere where children feel safe and valued. After school, children can first relax with a snack and then choose what they want to do. Besides free play in our various play corners, we organize all kinds of fun activities. Think of arts and crafts, outdoor play in the playground and sporty games. During holidays we regularly make trips to playgrounds and parks such as Plaswijckpark. We have subscriptions for these places so we can visit often. Children also occasionally receive workshops and clinics. A special feature of our BSO is that we help children with their homework. We know how difficult it can be to find time for this in the evening. Just let our pedagogical staff know and your child will quietly work on their assignments in a small group. This way you can relax together at home. We work closely with primary school De Klimop and other schools in the area. Children who attend school elsewhere are also very welcome.
