Kinderspeelpaleis Twinkle Star BSO Bouwmeesterbuurt is a small-scale after-school care facility located at G.T. Rietveldstraat 170F in Almere-Buiten. We provide care for up to 11 children aged 4 to 12 years. As part of Kinderspeelpaleis Twinkle Star, an organization with four locations in Almere, we are committed to offering professional and personal childcare. Our vision is clear: we aim not only to provide a fun time for children but also to contribute to building a stable foundation for their future. We believe that the basis for development and emotional security is laid in early childhood. Therefore, we take our role as guides seriously and strive to help children grow into balanced adults. At our after-school care, we work with a mentor system. Each group has a dedicated childcare professional who serves as a personal mentor. This mentor regularly observes the child in social and pedagogical areas and acts as the primary contact for both the child and the parents. We schedule 10-minute conversations with parents to discuss the child's development and well-being. Additional meetings can always be arranged if needed. Through close contact with parents and systematic monitoring of each child's development, we can effectively respond to individual needs. We identify important developmental milestones and potential delays in a timely manner. Our small scale allows for personal attention and a familiar environment where children feel safe and valued.
