Welcome to Kinderpaleis-Poort in Almere Poort! We are an after-school care facility (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12, offering care before and after school, during study days and holidays. Our location at Minervasingel 5 in Almere Poort has space for up to 90 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 September 2012 under number 137991113. At Kinderpaleis-Poort, your child comes first. In addition to healthy food and plenty of exercise, we believe it is important that children can relax and have fun with us. We offer a wide range of activities that children can choose from every day. Our professional chef prepares fresh meals daily, and children can take part in cooking lessons where they learn to bake cookies, cakes and pancakes, as well as prepare a healthy hot meal. Sports and physical activity are important to us. We exercise twice a week in an external gym and have our own football school where children can enjoy fun and professional football lessons every week. We also have a large outdoor area of no less than 1000 m² with a traffic square, basketball court, football field, playground equipment and trampoline. Our building is equipped with an advanced camera system for optimal safety, and we use a heat recovery system for fresh air. Each room is equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable indoor climate. We communicate with parents via the Bitcare app, which allows you to follow activities, photos and schedules and stay in direct contact with our pedagogical staff. Before a child starts with us, we schedule one or two settling-in days, so that child, parents and carers can get to know each other well. This ensures a warm and safe start.
