Kinderopvang Sterrenrijk

BSO De Verbeelding is part of Kinderopvang Sterrenrijk and is located in the brand-new school building of primary school De Verbeelding at Burchard de Volderstraat 19 in Almere. We provide out-of-school care for children aged 4 to 13, both before and after school hours as well as during study days and school holidays. Our before-school care (VSO) runs from 07:00 to 08:30; after-school care (NSO) starts right after school and continues until 19:00. During holiday periods we are open all day from 07:00 to 19:00. Our formal partnership with De Verbeelding ensures a seamless connection between education and childcare. Short communication lines with the teachers guarantee smooth handovers and warm, continuous care for every child. We work along a continuous line on three levels: education, childcare and parents. Together we create a rich learning environment in which children can develop in every aspect. Our spacious, bright group rooms are set up with corners for relaxation, play and creative activities. Children have access to their own outdoor playground where they can run, build and explore to their heart’s content. Nature experience and sustainability are central: we regularly go out into the green surroundings of Nobelhorst and work with ecological materials. Our team of experienced pedagogical staff offers a familiar and safe home after school. We provide calm and structure, but also room for children’s own initiative. Every child receives the attention they need to end the school day happily. Parents experience the care as an extension of their family: involved, professional and always in dialogue.
