Potje Knor Dommeldal BSO BB is part of Potje Knor childcare, a professional organization that has been active in the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo since 1997. Our after-school care (BSO) location is situated at Beneden Beekloop 90 in Geldrop and provides care for children aged 4 to 13. We are located on the same premises as primary school De Dommeldal, allowing children to reach us quickly and safely after school. Our BSO is organized in two distinct spaces, tailored to the age of the children. For children up to 7 years old, there is a cozy space adjacent to the daycare, ensuring a smooth transition from daycare to after-school care. This space provides direct access to a natural outdoor play area where children can play independently under supervision. For children aged 7 and older, we have a large auditorium in the middle of the schoolyard. This space is equipped with a kitchen, toilets, and a stage, giving children plenty of room to play, relax, and engage in creative activities. We work with permanent pedagogical staff, some of whom are also active as educational support staff at De Dommeldal. This allows us to know exactly what is happening at school and to align our activities perfectly with the themes and needs of the children. Our activities are very diverse: from sports and games, crafts and reading to outdoor play and organizing creative projects. During school holidays, we also offer an extensive activity program. Potje Knor Dommeldal BSO BB is open all year round on all working days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including during school holidays. We offer before-school care, after-school care, and holiday care. Our location has 46 places and is therefore a medium-sized BSO where personal attention and a familiar environment are central.
