Welcome to Next Step, the out-of-school care of Kinderopvang LittlePeople located at Joh. Verleunstraat 29 in Best. We provide small-scale after-school care for children aged 4 to 13, with the child at the center of everything we do. Our location has capacity for up to 40 children and works closely with primary school Br!cks, which is located at the same address. At Next Step, we create a homely atmosphere where children feel at home after school. Our permanent pedagogical staff have a big heart for children and extensive experience in both medical and educational fields. Our approach is small-scale and personal, focusing on the unique talents and interests of each child. Our activities align with themes from school and range from sports and games to music and creative activities. We offer homework supervision for upper grades and organize activities around holidays and seasons such as Carnival, Sinterklaas, Easter, and Christmas. Children have ample space to pursue their own wishes and needs during their free time after school. We believe it's important that children grow up in a safe and reliable environment where they can develop positively at their own pace. Through regular consultation with parents and the school, we get to know each child well and can provide the best individual attention. Where necessary, we offer additional support such as resilience training or help with dealing with bullying. During school holidays and study days, we are open and offer a varied program.
