Kinderopvang Jong Humsterland

Welcome to Kinderopvang Jong Humsterland, located in Dorpshuis Humsterland at Englumstraat 10 in the heart of Oldehove. We are a new, privately-run out-of-school care (BSO) location operated by Kinderopvang Boes, offering after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our BSO groups work in a vertical setting, where children of different ages play and learn together. The group composition varies with daily enrolment; on quieter days we merge the younger (4–7 years) and older (8–13 years) BSO children into one cheerful group of up to 16 children. We are there for your child before and after school. We pick the children up from the village primary school and, if desired, bring them back again. As we are still growing, we flexibly adjust the group layout to the number of registrations. You can choose fixed care days or opt for flexible days that you request each time via the handy KidsKonnect childcare app. Applying in time is recommended so that we can take the statutory child-to-staff ratio into account. At Jong Humsterland we value outdoor life. We work in a homely atmosphere and devote a lot of attention to playing in the natural surroundings of Oldehove. Fruit, drinks and snacks are on us. Prior to placement we always schedule a no-obligation intake interview and a settling-in session, so that your child can get to know us calmly and we can discuss all your wishes. Registration is free of charge and commits you to nothing. Kinderopvang Jong Humsterland is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and works with a fixed team of 2–3 pedagogical staff who give your child the personal attention he or she deserves.
