Kinderopvang ILO

Kinderopvang ILO is located inside St. Laurentiusschool at Schoolstraat 7 in Kekerdom. We provide before-school care, after-school care and holiday care for children aged 4 to 12 years from both St. Martinusschool in Millingen aan de Rijn and St. Laurentiusschool in Kekerdom. Fun is at the heart of everything we do. The name ILO is the Finnish word for ‘joy’, which perfectly captures our philosophy. We believe children develop best when they can play freely, interact socially and spend plenty of time outdoors without the pressure to perform. Our qualified staff create a homely, safe environment where every child feels free to be themselves. We collect children after school and drop them off at home between 18:00 and 18:30. Parents are also welcome to pick up their children themselves. During holiday care we love to go on outings. Thanks to our own transport we are flexible and regularly organise fun excursions. A holiday day at ILO is always a celebration, featuring special holiday activities we carefully plan. We maintain a fixed professional-to-child ratio of no more than 8 children per carer. This allows us to give each child plenty of personal attention and tailor our approach to their individual needs. Our team is always ready to speak with parents and is happy to think along about their child’s development.
