Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis

Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis is located at Herestraat 1 in Grijpskerk and has been providing after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 for more than ten years. Our site has two BSO groups with a total of 30 places, organised in vertical groups so that children of different ages play and learn together. Younger children learn from the older ones, while the older children develop a sense of responsibility. We believe every child should feel safe, seen and heard. Our team of dedicated childcare professionals offers warmth, structure and playful challenges every day. Clear group rules and our own values and norms guide our work. At the same time we align as much as possible with the rules and structure parents use at home, so children experience a consistent line between home and after-school care. Quality is paramount. We work according to a clear pedagogical policy, transparent parent policy and careful settling-in policy. These documents are available in our parent portal or on request. We also have an active parent committee; your voice as a parent is heard and valued. Throughout the year we organise activities both inside our spacious group rooms and outside in our playground. We regularly take the children out to explore the neighbourhood and gain new experiences. Flexibility is one of our strengths: you can book care by the hour, either on a fixed or flexible basis. Emergency care is also possible. Kinderopvang Het Speelhuis is a member of the Zuidhorn Business Association and employs only qualified childcare professionals. Our location is easily accessible and we apply a fair and transparent hourly rate: you only pay for the hours you actually use.
