Kinderopvang &Vriendjes B.V. is a small-scale childcare centre located at Kampstraat 4 in Beilen. At this location we provide both daycare and after-school care (BSO). Our BSO group serves children aged 4 to 12 and follows a vertical group model: children of different ages share one homely space that we have furnished as a cosy living room with light colours and natural materials such as wood, reed and cork. We value personal attention and continuity. Your child will meet the same friends, mentor and pedagogical staff throughout the entire care period. Thanks to our open-door policy, brothers and sisters can always drop by for a hug or to play together. Older children learn from an early age to be considerate of younger ones and may, if they wish, help with activities. Our approach is child-centred: we tailor activities to the needs, interests and wishes of the children. We believe that children can make their own choices from a young age, so participation in an activity is never mandatory. All year round we work with themes such as seasons, my body, emotions, family, traffic and colours/shapes. These themes come alive through reading aloud, role play, themed play corners, crafts and conversations with the children. We focus on creating a safe, homely atmosphere where every child feels valued, at home and loved.
