Atalenta BSO Dondersteentjes

Atalenta BSO Dondersteentjes is located at Willem Smuldersplein 4a in the centre of Waalre and is part of Atalenta, an enthusiastic and ambitious organisation for childcare and education. Our after-school care is housed in the same building as primary schools De Drijfveer and De Meent, so children can play, discover and relax in a familiar environment after school. We offer a continuous development line from 4 to 13 years and work closely with the schools to ensure a seamless transition from school to care. At Dondersteentjes we believe it is important that children can do what they feel like in their free time. Our pedagogical staff offer a varied range of activities: from creative craft projects and sports games to exploring our spacious outdoor garden. The garden is designed as a ‘discovery garden’ with natural play areas that invite children to play outside and experiment. We also organise regular themed activities that connect with the children’s world of experience. We work in a homely and friendly atmosphere. Children are offered healthy food, such as fresh fruit and snacks, and we pay attention to a healthy lifestyle. Parents are actively involved via our Childcare App: they receive photos and messages about their child’s experiences and can report holidays or absences themselves. Our location has room for a maximum of 24 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register under number 197640205 since 19 August 2024.
