Welcome to Kinderopvang De Jagershof B.V., our after-school care (BSO) located at Diamantstoep 4 in the Marsdijk district of Assen. We provide out-of-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a homely and safe environment. Our spacious, green outdoor area – complete with a climbing frame, sand and water table and a large play shed – gives children plenty of room to play, move and make friends after school. Groups are organised by age and developmental level. The Wolven (7+ years) and the Haviken & Mollen (4-7 years) each have their own space in the left wing of our building. Thanks to our small-scale set-up, we know every child personally and can respond to individual needs. Our fixed pedagogical staff guide the children with homework, social-skill development and discovering new interests. Our opening hours are flexible: from 06:00 to 23:00, so parents with varying work schedules can always rely on us. We also offer evening, night and weekend care. This means children have a familiar place not only after school, but also on study days and during holidays. We believe it is important that children can choose what they want to do. Therefore we offer a wide range of activities: from crafts and building to sports and games in our garden. Our site borders the Marsdijk fields, so we regularly use the natural surroundings for outdoor activities. Kinderopvang De Jagershof B.V. has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 29 October 2012 under number 559689913.
