De Duizendpoot

Welcome to BSO De Duizendpoot, part of Kindcentrum De Duizendpoot located at Het Wielsem 1 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12, focusing on fun, relaxation, and development. Our dedicated team of pedagogical professionals offers a safe and stimulating environment every day after school. Our after-school care makes full use of the modern and spacious facilities of the child centre. Children can enjoy creatively designed studios filled with materials for arts and crafts, construction play, nature exploration, and STEM activities. We regularly work with themes that match the children's world and offer activities such as crafting, experimenting, sports, and language development. Participation is always voluntary – children choose whether to join in or simply enjoy free play. We also organise special workshops and events, including photography, drama, nature excursions, and technology projects. During school holidays, the programme becomes even more exciting with trips to museums, playgrounds, forests, and other fun outings – all included in the care. Fresh fruit and drinks are provided daily. BSO De Duizendpoot works closely with De Duizendpoot primary school and other local schools. We safely pick up children after school and bring them to the after-school care. Our location is open Monday to Friday until 18:30, and during holidays from 7:30 onwards. We offer a warm, inclusive environment where every child can be themselves and grow at their own pace.
