Kinderopvang Bambeloe

Welcome to Kinderopvang Bambeloe, located at Hoofdweg 22 in the heart of Blijham. Our small-scale after-school care (BSO) provides a warm, homely place for children aged 4 to 13 after the school day ends. Run by enthusiastic, permanent and experienced pedagogical staff, we make every afternoon a safe and cheerful experience. At Bambeloe we organise mixed-age groups. Children play and learn together with peers, younger and older kids, strengthening social skills and learning from one another. Our large, green garden with play equipment is used daily: outdoor games, gardening or simply running around are part of the routine. We also love excursions—within a five-minute walk we reach the local playground and park, and we regularly head into the woods. Creative activities are central to our programme. Children craft with natural materials, bake cookies or bread, and work around seasonal themes. At the same time, there is plenty of room for personal choice: a board game, reading a book, or relaxing on our cosy sofa. We believe every child should feel seen and have a say in how the afternoon unfolds. We are open 47 weeks a year, Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 18:30. Flexible care is our standard: parents only pay for the hours actually booked. The hourly rate is € 6.64 gross, including a healthy snack and drinks. During school holidays we remain open so children keep their familiar place and parents can work without worry. In short, at Bambeloe your child feels at home.
