BSO Alles Kids

Welcome to BSO Alles Kids in Rutten! We are located right in the centre of the village at Sportweg 52A, inside the multi-purpose community centre Het Klavier. The building is shared with De Leeuwerik primary school, the village hall and several sports clubs. This central location makes it especially easy for pupils in years 5–8 of De Leeuwerik: when the last lesson ends, they simply walk into our after-school care. Our after-school group is designed for children aged 4 to 12. We have room for up to 32 children, ensuring everyone receives plenty of space and attention. A permanent team of qualified pedagogical staff welcomes the children every afternoon. The room is spacious and divided into different corners: a quiet reading nook, a creative table for crafts and a construction zone with challenging materials. Outside, a large green playground invites daily adventures. We believe that playing outdoors and discovering nature is the best way to learn. Almost every day we put on our rain boots and head outside. In our vegetable garden we sow and harvest our own vegetables and herbs, learning how plants grow and tasting the fruits of our labour. We also organise regular sports and games on the adjacent sports field; thanks to close cooperation with local sports clubs we can use their equipment and sometimes even enjoy special clinics. During holidays and study days we compile a special holiday programme: trips to the forest, village scavenger hunts or creative workshops. We leave at 9 a.m. and are back by 5 p.m., giving parents peace of mind while the children come home with new stories and experiences. In short, at BSO Alles Kids in Rutten children are given the space to be themselves, meet others and discover the world around them. We look forward to welcoming them!
