BSO Polderpret Nieuwkoop ontdek en doe

Welcome to BSO Polderpret Nieuwkoop ontdek en doe, located at Nieuwveenseweg 23C in Nieuwkoop. This themed after-school care is part of the small-scale organisation Kinderdagverblijf Polderpret and offers out-of-school care for up to 23 children aged 4 to 13. The Ontdek en Doe BSO is designed for curious children who love nature and are not afraid to get dirty. Our goal is to make children aware of their surroundings, the environment and the seasons. We actively bring them into contact with nature and introduce them to technology. As much as possible, we spend the afternoon outdoors, even in rain, wind or cold. When the weather really does not cooperate, we have an indoor space where we can get creative and technical. Our qualified pedagogical staff work with horizontal groups: children of the same age are together, so activities and spaces are perfectly tailored to their developmental stage. The activities are partly determined by the children themselves; they are given room to take their own initiatives and learn through play. We welcome the children in a cosy, friendly atmosphere where respect for each child's individuality and the encouragement of independence are central. BSO Polderpret Nieuwkoop ontdek en doe is open from the end of the school day until 18.30. During school holidays we welcome children from 8:00 to 18:30 (from 7:30 on request).
