Kinderdagverblijf/Buitenschoolse opvang Mira

Kinderdagverblijf Mira is located at Karel Mollenstraat Noord 6 in the heart of Valkenswaard, only a five-minute walk from the town centre. Since 2019 the building has been completely renovated and offers a homely place where children aged 4 to 12 can enjoy before-school, after-school and holiday care. We pick up and drop off children at school so parents can work without worry. Our after-school care (BSO) operates an open-door policy: children from different BSO groups are free to play together. When numbers are high, 4- to 6-year-olds can spend time in the mini-BSO. This space is set up with play corners that invite discovery and shared play. After school, children have space to relax, choose and take part in fun activities. We regularly cook and do crafts, but we also head outside as much as possible. In addition, we organise outings to the zoo, petting farm, forest and playground. Our pedagogical staff tailor activities to the children’s interests and provide a safe, familiar environment where every child can be themselves.
