Kinderdagverblijf De Groene Boomhut

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of De Groene Boomhut, located at Eikebeek 2 in Veldhoven. We provide small-scale after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a homely and safe environment. Our location is based at primary school De Rank, allowing children to stay in their familiar school surroundings. We operate two base groups: 'Appelbomen' for up to 16 children aged 4 to 7 and 'Bananenbomen' for up to 22 children aged 8 to 12. Each child has their own place and can participate in activities that match their age and interests. We follow an open-door policy, where children can freely move between spaces and the outdoor play area. Outdoor play and nature experiences are central to our approach. Children can enjoy themselves on the adjacent school playground and discover the world around them through play. We offer both quiet moments and active challenges, always with personal attention and involvement from our pedagogical staff. Our BSO is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:30 to 18:30. On Wednesday and Friday, only the Appelbomen group is open from 12:15 to 18:30. During school holidays and study days, we provide care throughout the day. We work closely with parents and the school to create a familiar and consistent environment for every child.
