Welcome to Slot ZON!, our brand-new after-school care located in the heart of Pijnacker. We are based in the characteristic monumental CJMV building at Kerkweg 24, which we have transformed into a warm and adventurous place where children aged 4 to 13 feel completely at home. At Slot ZON!, we believe that after school, children need both rest and challenge. That’s why we offer a homely atmosphere with a rich variety of activities. Our children can explore their talents in the children's cooking café, where they prepare real dishes and can even earn a cooking diploma. In the atelier, we work with different materials and techniques, with creativity at the heart of everything. The wonder room is a special place where children can choose their own pet and learn about care and responsibility. Our large garden is a true paradise. With free-roaming chickens, a campfire spot for cozy evenings, and plenty of space to play and discover, it’s the ideal place to burn off energy or simply relax. We regularly organize gardening workshops where children learn about vegetables, herbs, and nature. Slot ZON! is designed as a second home. We have a cozy living room where children can relax with a book or board games, a LEGO and Kapla room for building enthusiasts, and even a hall with a stage where we organize plays and performances. All our spaces are designed with attention to detail and comfort, beautifully combining the historic character of the building with modern facilities. We believe it’s important that children can be themselves and make their own choices. Here, they have the space to discover what makes them happy, whether that’s cooking, crafting, gardening, or simply playing. With a maximum capacity of 77 children, we keep it small-scale and personal. We look forward to welcoming your child into our warm ZON! community.
