Kindercentrum het Apenstaartje

Kindercentrum Het Apenstaartje is an independent, privately-run childcare organisation with two locations in Muntendam. Our after-school care (BSO) is located at Mahatma Gandhiweg 1, 9649 BL Muntendam, inside the premises of primary school OBS De Verkruisen. We provide professional care for up to 33 children aged 4 years to the end of primary school. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 8 October 2010 under number 145947087. Our approach centres on warmth, attention, routine and social development. The rooms are decorated in a cosy, homely style so that children feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide the children in small, manageable groups, allowing room for both individual initiative and quiet moments. After school, children can choose to play freely, do crafts, enjoy outdoor play in the playground or take part in activities that match their interests. During study days and school holidays we offer care from 07:00 to 18:30, giving parents the flexibility they need for work and family life. We work closely with OBS De Verkruisen and other local schools, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from school to after-school care.
