Kindercentrum Bzzzonder Hart van Vathorst de Soos

Kindercentrum Bzzzonder Hart van Vathorst de Soos is a small-scale after-school care (BSO) located in the heart of the Vathorst district in Amersfoort. We provide care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location is situated at Angelinapolder 3, right in the vibrant center of Vathorst, where children, elderly people, and individuals with disabilities come together. At de Soos, we believe that children develop best in an environment where different generations meet. Our pedagogical staff create a homely and safe atmosphere where children can relax, play, and learn after school. We offer a variety of activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental needs, such as creative workshops, sports and games, nature experiences, and exploratory learning. Our BSO is part of the unique concept of Hart van Vathorst, where childcare, care, and social interaction come together. During their time with us, children can interact with residents of the residential care center. Singing together, playing games, or simply having a chat – it’s all part of the special experience we offer. This contributes to children's social development and a sense of connection within the community. We work closely with primary schools in the area and provide customized care: before school (VSO), after school (NSO), and during school holidays. Our opening hours are flexible and tailored to the needs of parents. We believe it is important that every child feels seen and valued, and that parents can bring their child to us with peace of mind.
