Kindcentrum Vrij Spel

Welcome to Kindcentrum Vrij Spel, located in the Kulturhus at Nachtegaalweg 2 in the heart of Elspeet. We are a young, active organization providing after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13 years. Our BSO location has a capacity of up to 44 childcare places and has been officially registered since February 11, 2022. Our qualified pedagogical staff pick up children after school from the primary schools in Elspeet and Uddel. We always start the afternoon with a joint moment where children can share about their school day. Afterwards, they can choose from various activities such as arts and crafts, sports and games, or simply enjoy free play. We work closely with Nunspeet Beweegt and regularly organize special activities such as our annual 'Mud Day' in June and 'building huts from wooden pallets' during the summer vacation. Our spaces in the Kulturhus are carefully designed to create peace and space. We have a fixed team of trained staff who give each child personal attention. Each child has a mentor who serves as the point of contact for both children and parents. We value contact with parents highly, as mutual trust is essential for a child's healthy development. For children, an afternoon at Vrij Spel means a place where they feel safe and at ease. We give children the space to develop and grow carefree, both individually and together with other children. Our activities are designed to connect children with each other and let them discover what they're good at and what brings them joy.
