Kindcentrum Sprankel

Kindcentrum Sprankel is an after-school care facility (BSO) located in a unique former Roman-Catholic church at Nieuwe Akkers 18 in Paterswolde. Registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) since 30 September 2015, we provide care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our building radiates character and homeliness and is situated in a child-friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of the forest. The spacious, enclosed outdoor area around the church offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and activities. Inside, two large group rooms have been set up: one for children aged 4-12, ensuring each age group has its own space to play, discover and relax after school. We work from an ecological and holistic vision: children are given space to play and be themselves within clear boundaries. Our pedagogical staff provide personal attention and offer a safe, familiar environment in which every child can be themselves. Due to our small-scale character, there are always familiar faces and short lines of communication with parents. In addition to before-, between- and after-school care, we are also open during study days and school holidays.
