Kindcentrum Oostkroost

Welcome to Kindcentrum Oostkroost, located at Machineweg 12 in Aalsmeer. We are a spacious child centre with large group areas and plenty of outdoor space, offering after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12. Our centre is situated on the edge of the Oosteinde district and provides a safe and stimulating environment where children can play, explore and develop after school. For after-school care we welcome children from primary school Mikado. We operate two separate groups: one for children aged 4 to 7 and one for children aged 7 to 12. Our pedagogical staff pick up and drop off the children using our own transport, which we also use for fun outings during holidays and study days. Indoors we have a studio and a gym where children can enjoy sports and movement. We offer various activities such as arts and crafts in the studio, sports and games in the gym, and quiet reading time on the sofa. We work with themes, such as the seasons, and organise special workshops and holiday activities. Outdoors we have three challenging playgrounds: a courtyard for the youngest children, a safe play area behind the building and a large playground for BSO children at the front. Our dedicated staff are ready to guide children in discovering their talents and interests. We believe it is important that every child feels seen and welcome. Therefore we have an open-door policy, allowing children to play safely everywhere. We encourage children to try things out for themselves and offer support where needed. Growing through play and learning is central to our approach!
