Welcome to BSO Kiekeboe, part of Stichting Kinderdagverblijf Maarheeze, located at Kijkakkers 1a in the heart of Maarheeze. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a safe, homely and stimulating environment. Our location is spacious and includes various rooms tailored to the age and interests of the children. Younger children can enjoy arts and crafts in the Red and Blue rooms, while older children can quietly do their homework or read a book in the Orange and Purple rooms. Our pedagogical professionals work from a clear vision: children are given space to develop at their own pace, with independence, social skills and respect at the core. We offer a consistent daily rhythm with familiar moments, where children can choose from activities that match their interests. These include arts and crafts, games, joint outings such as visits to the care center or playground, and themed activities around holidays and seasons. We work with familiar faces and a mentor for each child. Every child has a trusted pedagogical professional who follows their development and maintains contact with parents. Parents are invited annually for a parent meeting, focusing on the child's well-being. In addition, there is a parent committee that contributes to the development of our care. BSO Kiekeboe provides care on weekdays from 07:30 to 18:30. We offer VSO (07:00/07:30 – 08:30), NSO (12:30/15:00/15:15 – 18:30), flexible care and holiday care. We collaborate with primary schools in the region, ensuring children are safely picked up after school and brought to our location. Our location is easily accessible and accommodates up to 120 children.
