BSO de Ark

BSO Kidzkeet is located in primary school De Ark at Populierstraat 43 in Vianen. We provide after-school care for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12. Our two dedicated group rooms and the school's learning plaza together create a safe and familiar place where children can play, relax and discover new things after school. We pick up children on foot from school; when several schools finish at the same time or we have an excursion planned, we use the BSO bus. Our pedagogical professionals always take time to listen to the stories about school and discuss together with the children which activity we will do. We carefully consider each child's needs. Does your child feel like 'doing nothing' for a while or just hanging out with friends? That's perfectly fine! The BSO should be a fun place where your child enjoys going after school. Every day there are plenty of activities in the areas of movement, experience and relaxation. We offer various arts and crafts activities and sports games. During school holidays we also organize day trips to the park or a museum. We stimulate talent development by guiding children in discoveries, creativity and independence. Through adventurous play, children naturally learn their boundaries and develop self-confidence. Children belong to a fixed base group, but can also participate in activities in other BSO spaces. This provides plenty of variety within a familiar and safe environment. We make clear agreements together and offer space for self-discovery. This way your child grows in freedom and independence and makes great strides in development. Rhythm and structure provide peace and stability.
