Kiddoozz - Brielselaan

Kiddoozz – Brielselaan is a small-scale after-school care (BSO) located in the striking Queen of South building at Brielselaan 42-C, right next to Maashaven metro station in Rotterdam-Charlois. We welcome up to 10 children aged 4 to 12 in a warm, homely setting where every child receives personal attention from our qualified pedagogical staff. Our programme is designed to offer children a safe and inspiring place after school. We pick children up from various primary schools in the neighbourhood and walk or drive them to the centre. Once there, they can choose from a wide range of activities: arts and crafts, games and sports in the playroom, quiet reading or homework support in the reading corner. When the weather is nice, we make grateful use of the courtyard and nearby playgrounds. Kiddoozz Childcare has been guided by the same clear vision for more than ten years: encouraging children to develop at their own pace and to enjoy learning and discovering. Our staff are trained to recognise and strengthen each child’s talents. By keeping group sizes small, we can offer individual guidance and respond flexibly to what a child needs on any given day. Parents experience our BSO as an extension of home. We communicate openly and transparently by e-mail and, when desired, through personal contact at drop-off and pick-up times. This way, everyone stays involved in the child’s development and we can make the most of the after-school hours together.
