BSO KC Koningskwartier

Located on the ground floor of Kindcentrum Koningskwartier at Ryckevelde 1 in Zevenhuizen, our after-school care (BSO) serves up to 100 children from grades 3 to 8 of the primary school. Children are divided into four groups: the Dragon's Rock, the Frog Pond, the Tower Room and the Crocodile Pond. Each group consists of approximately 20 children guided by two dedicated pedagogical staff members. Our opening hours align seamlessly with school schedules. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday we start at 14:30, and on Wednesday already at 12:15. We are open every weekday until 18:30 at the latest. After school, our staff collect the children from their classrooms and accompany them to the BSO area. We believe it's important that children can unwind after an intensive school day. Therefore, we always start with a shared moment: chatting about the day over fruit and a drink. Afterwards, children can choose: participate in the day's activity or come up with their own ideas. Our pedagogical staff ensure a safe environment while offering challenge and variety in play. The BSO has access to all facilities within the child center. We have a spacious play hall, a professional kitchen for cooking activities, and a large outdoor playground with natural and challenging materials. During holidays, we offer an adapted holiday program with fun outings and activities. Due to current waiting lists, we advise parents to register in time via Quadrant Kindercentra.
