Welcome to Sinne after-school care De Pionier, located at Molkenkelder 4e in Leeuwarden. We are part of IKC De Pionier, where childcare and education come together in a beautiful outdoor area. Here, there is no hustle and bustle of the city, but plenty of space to play outside, play football or hide and seek in our beautiful playground. Our after-school care accommodates up to 104 children aged 4 to 12 years. We are located in the same building as primary school De Pionier, with which we form an integral child center. The location is surrounded by nature and we regularly use the nearby city garden for various projects. Here, children can learn about vegetables, fruits and flowers while playfully discovering how nature works. At Sinne after-school care De Pionier, the development of each child is central. We offer a wide range of activities, including music, dance, creative workshops and cooking. Our cooking studio is a favorite place where children can bake cookies or prepare healthy meals. In our studio, they can let their creativity run wild with different materials and techniques. For the sporty children, there is plenty of space to move, play and do sports in our spacious outdoor area. We work with a homely atmosphere in which every child feels safe and secure. Our pedagogical staff are professional and involved, and provide the children with the peace and structure they need after a school day. We believe it is important that children can choose which activities they want to participate in, so that they can develop at their own pace and according to their own interests.
