Juut & Co BSO Keijenborg

BSO Keijenborg has been located in the Sint Bernardusschool building at Sint Bernardusstraat 2 in the heart of Keijenborg since 26 August 2024. We provide small-scale after-school care for up to 16 children aged 4 to 13. Our room is cosy and inviting, featuring a kitchen/home corner, a car corner, an arts-and-crafts table and plenty of play and creative materials. Children can relax with peers, be creative or simply unwind on our comfy cushions. Outdoors we have full use of the school playground: swings, climbing frames, a playhouse, a sandpit and bikes and carts from the shed. There is always space to run, cycle, build or enjoy sporty games. When needed, children can also do their homework under guidance. We offer flexible care times. During school weeks we are open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:30. In school holidays and on study days you can make use of care from 7:30 to 18:30, provided enough children are registered. On these days we organise extra activities and sometimes even an outing; we always publish a schedule in advance and often team up with other Juut & Co BSO locations so the children can meet new friends. Our qualified staff and drivers collect the children safely in Juut & Co cars or approved private vehicles; child seats and insurance are arranged. During care hours children are offered drinks, fruit and a small snack. On full days or holiday care we ask parents to provide a packed lunch. We believe every child should have the space to be themselves and develop in their own way. We therefore tailor our guidance to each child’s individual needs. Close contact with parents is essential: we arrange a home intake visit, keep parents informed of their child’s development and are always available for questions or a personal chat.
