Kindcentrum de Levensbron

Kindcentrum de Levensbron is located at Taghof 2 in Genemuiden and is part of Stichting Kindcentrum IJsselrijk. We provide after-school care (BSO) for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. Our childcare is housed in the same building as the primary school, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from school to after-school care. Our BSO is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. During these hours we offer a safe and trusted place where children can relax, play and continue to develop. We work from a Christian identity: children are allowed to be themselves and we encourage them to function independently in society based on Christian norms and values. Together with parents, we work on a sense of safety and responsibility. Our team consists of professional childcare workers who form one unit with the school team. We tailor our offer to the learning and development needs of each child. Where necessary, we use external specialists to provide additional support. We also remain open during school holidays, so that parents can bring their children to us with peace of mind. We believe it is important that parents remain involved. Through our MR and parent committees, parents can contribute ideas about policy and activities. Together we create a warm and safe environment in which children can develop optimally.
