Welcome to BSO Jippie B.V., our small-scale after-school care located at Maria Snelplantsoen 1 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Since 2 March 2021 we have provided care at this location for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. We are officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 715159495 and therefore meet all legal quality requirements set by the GGD Amsterdam. Our location is situated in a quiet residential area, allowing children to play, relax and discover new things in a familiar and safe environment after school. We regularly organise outings in the immediate vicinity, such as visits to the playground, and during holidays and study days we plan larger trips that are further away from home. For all these activities we have taken out collective liability insurance and we always ask parents for written permission in advance. At BSO Jippie we work according to a clear pedagogical policy, safety and health policy and clear house and behavioural rules. These documents can be viewed at our location and are also available on our website. We believe it is important that parents and children know exactly where they stand and that there is open communication about the care of their child. Our team consists of dedicated childcare workers who provide a warm and challenging environment every day. We take into account the individual wishes and needs of children and encourage them to develop in their own way. Due to the limited group size, we can really give attention to each child and create a close-knit community in which children feel safe and valued.
